    Early Voting

In person

Early voting in person is conducted from 14 days to 7 days prior to any election.  During these periods, registrars remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday.

By Mail

To request early voting ballots by mail, you must send a request in writing stating your name and reason you are not able to vote in person absentee or in person on Election Day.  All instructions will be sent to you with the absentee ballots on how to fill out the ballots and the requirements for mailing them back.  (click here for the listing of Registrars of Voters)

 

Deadlines for returning ballots:

  • Military personnel……………………………Election Day
  • U.S. citizens residing outside the U.S…….Election Day
  • All others…………………the day before Election Day
