Eliminate business taxes that make Louisiana less competitive with other states.

Create tax incentives and grants for technology and other “New Economy” companies to encourage their establishment and growth in Louisiana.

Use public/private partnerships and other available mechanisms to: 1) expand highway infrastructure, particularly in population growth centers and areas of high congestion and 2) adequately support expansion of the state’s entire transportation system including airports, ports and railroads.
